How we make sure you succeed
The Results Centre's Cross-Cultural Performance programmes are designed for your culturally diverse teams working centrally or spread across regional or international boundaries. Programmes vary from initial half-day courses to project-based programmes over weeks or months. We focus on business challenges defined by you, which will create a rapid and meaningful return on the coaching investment.
Typical programmes start with a one-day cultural team event followed by individual coaching sessions which transform cultural understanding and start to create real teamwork. The international scope means that we deliver at your premises and via video conferencing, teleconferencing and internet. Typical programmes include:
